About HealthyLife
Our mission is to make evidence-based health information accessible to everyone.
My Story
Hi there! I’m Saksham, a certified health coach, researcher, and the founder of HealthyLife. My journey into health and wellness began over a decade ago when I was struggling with chronic fatigue and stress-related health issues.
After trying various treatments with limited success, I realized the power of evidence-based lifestyle changes. Through careful research and working with healthcare professionals, I transformed my own health through consistent, manageable adjustments to my daily habits.
This personal experience inspired me to study nutritional science and health psychology formally. I became passionate about bridging the gap between complex scientific research and practical, everyday advice that people can actually implement.
In 2020, I launched HealthyLife to share reliable, science-backed health information that cuts through the noise of fad diets and wellness trends. My goal is to empower you with knowledge and practical strategies that make healthy living accessible and sustainable.
When I’m not researching or writing, you can find me hiking with my dog, experimenting with new plant-based recipes, or practicing meditation.
Our Approach
Evidence-Based Content
Every article on HealthyLife is grounded in scientific research and verified by health professionals. We carefully evaluate studies for methodology, sample size, and relevance before including them in our content. We believe in presenting information that stands up to scientific scrutiny, not just the latest trends.
Accessibility First
Health information should be understandable and applicable regardless of your background or current health status. We translate complex concepts into clear, jargon-free language and provide practical steps that anyone can implement. Our recommendations consider varying abilities, resources, and starting points.
Sustainable Change
We focus on evidence-based practices that lead to long-term health improvements rather than quick fixes or extreme approaches. Our content promotes gradual, consistent changes that you can maintain for life. We believe that small, sustainable steps lead to the most meaningful health transformations.
